Terms and Conditions

1. General Rules

The Casino offers players up to 20% total cashback, considering of 10% daily and 10% weekly cashback. Each type of cashback is calculated separately based on the player's real-money gaming activity. This two-level system allows players to recover part of their losses both daily and weekly, keeping the game enjoyable even during a losing streak.

Cashback can only be issued on the player's own deposited funds that remain in play. To ensure this, the Casino uses an “Active Balance” limit – the maximum amount from which cashback can be calculated.

2. Daily cashback – 10%

Daily cashback equals 10% of Player net losses (bets minus winnings) from real-money bets made during the previous 24 hours (00:00-23:59 UTC).

Eligibility:

Only bets placed with your real balance are counted.
Bets made with bonus funds or free bets are excluded.
Bets in live games and crash games are excluded, except for VIP players who may receive individual terms from their VIP manager.
If your daily result is break-even or a win, cashback is not granted.
Active Balance limitation:

Cashback applies only to real-money deposits that remain “active”. Active deposits are calculates as:

Active Balance = Total Deposits – Total Withdrawals – Total Losses Already Covered by Cashback

This value represents the maximum amount of your own funds still in play, and cashback cannot be calculated beyond this amount.

If your daily losses exceed your Active Balance, cashback is calculates only up to the Active Balance.

Claiming:

Daily cashback is automatically calculated at 01:00 UTC the next day.
Player must click “Get Cashback” in their account to receive it within 24 hours.
Unclaimed daily cashback expires after 24 hours.
Example:

Player deposits $200 and loses $100 on eligible games with no prior withdrawals.

Daily cashback = 10% of $100 = $10
After claiming this cashback, $100 (the losses covered) is deducted from Active Balance for future calculations.
If the player had previously:

Withdrawn $50, OR
Already received cashback on $50 in losses earlier
Their Active Balance would be reduced accordingly:

Active Balance = $200 – $50 (withdrawal) – $50 (previous losses covered) = $100
Maximum cashback available = 10% of $100 = $10
6.3. Weekly Cashback – 10%

Weekly cashback equals 10% of your total net losses (bets minus winnings) over the last seven days (Thursday 00:00 UTC – Wednesday 23:59 UTC).

Weekly cashback is calculated independently from daily cashback.

However, it follows the same Active Balance rule: the amount eligible for weekly cashback cannot exceed your current Active Balance:

Active Balance = Total Deposits – Total Withdrawals – Total Losses Already Covered by Cashback

Claiming:

Weekly cashback becomes available automatically every Thursday at 01:00 UTC.
You have 7 days to claim it via the “Get Cashback” button.
Unclaimed weekly cashback expires after 7 days.
Example:

During the week, you deposited $300, lost $150 overall, and made no withdrawals.

Weekly cashback = 10% of $150 = $15
On Thursday, you can claim this $15.
After claiming, $150 (the losses covered by this cashback) will be deducted from your Active Balance for future calculations.

If you had:

Withdrawn $200 earlier, OR
Already received cashback on $100 in losses during the week
Their Active Balance would be:

Active Balance = $300 – $200 (withdrawal) – $100 (previous losses covered) = $0
In this case, no weekly cashback would be availble, as your Active Balance is depleted.
4. Wagering requirement

All cashback is credited directly to your real-money balance and is subject to a 3x wagering requirement. Wagering applies to all eligible games participating in the cashback program. You can withdraw cashback funds after completing the wagering requirement.

5. Eligible games and exclusions

Cashback is calculated only on games marked with the “Cashback On” icon.
Winnings obtained from bonus funds or free bets are excluded.
Live games, Baccarat, and crash games are not eligible for cashback, except for VIP players, who may receive individual offers from their VIP manager.
Sports bets are included only after the event result becomes known. Canceled or refunded bets are not counted.
6. Technical and general provisions

Cashback is calculated and paid in the same currency as the account where losses occurred.
If displayed in another currency, minor difference may occur due to exchange rate changes.
Cashback is automatically available to all active players; no separate program enrollment is required.
