This promotion is only available for customers who have logged in.
There are 8 levels in our loyalty program. All customers start at level 1 (Copper).
Cashback is a partial cash refund, the amount of which depends on your gaming activity. The cashback amount varies from level 1-7 according to your gaming activity.
The number of points is calculated as follows:
At Copper level, you'll get 100 experience points for every €1 wagered
At Bronze level, you'll get 150 experience points for every €1 wagered
At Silver level, you'll get 200 experience points for every €1 wagered
At Gold level, you'll get 250 experience points for every €1 wagered
At Ruby level, you'll get 300 experience points for every €1 wagered
At Sapphire level, you'll get 350 experience points for every €1 wagered
At Diamond level, you'll get 400 experience points for every €1 wagered
VIP level – €1 bet = 450 experience points.
Experience points are not credited for the games in the Games section.
For levels 1 to 7 (Copper – Diamond) cashback is calculated as follows:
([total stake of bets placed since cashback was last credited up to now] – [total winnings received since cashback was last credited up to now]) x %cashback.
In other words, players who make a profit while playing at the casino will not be awarded cashback.
Your total cashback amount cannot be negative. E.g. if your total stake in your account currency is 500 and your winnings total 600 in your account currency for the entire settlement period, no cashback will be credited.
At level 8 (VIP Status), cashback is calculated on the basis of every bet you place, regardless of whether it wins or loses. Please keep in mind that calculations are made up to two decimal places. So, if cashback is to be under 0.01 in your account currency, it will not be credited for this bet. Also, cashback at this level can vary depending on the game type:
you'll get 0,25% for playing Slots;
you'll get 0,1% for playing Live Casino;
you'll get 0,2% for playing any type of lottery (keno, bingo or scratch cards);
you'll get 0.05% for playing table games (roulette, poker, baccarat, blackjack and games from the “Other” section).
When you place bets in Live Casino and table games, your cashback will be calculated as follows:
[total stake of bets placed in Live Casino games during the settlement period] х 0.1% + [total stake of bets placed in table games during the settlement period] х 0.05% = [your cashback amount].
Some games are not included in this cashback offer.

How often you receive сashback depends on your level:
At Copper level, you’ll receive cashback once every 7 days
At Bronze level, you’ll receive cashback once every 6 days
At Silver level, you’ll receive cashback once every 5 days
At Gold level, you’ll receive cashback once every 4 days
At Ruby level, you’ll receive cashback once every 3 days
At Sapphire level, you’ll receive cashback once every 2 days
At Diamond level, you’ll receive cashback daily
VIP level – every day.
The cashback amount is calculated immediately, but you can only receive it on the last day of the settlement period if you have fulfilled all the terms of the cashback offer.
This cashback amount has no wagering requirement.
This offer can be used in conjunction with other promotions.
In the event of suspicion on the part of the company that a customer is not playing by the rules and/or is using strategies which the company, at its own discretion, considers abusive, and if any abuse of bonus funds is discovered, 22bet reserves the right to apply special bonus wagering requirements to such customers, including voiding the bonus without providing an explanation.
The bonus may be canceled at any time without prior notice, but only before the bonus amount is wagered or withdrawn. In cases of dispute, the decision of the company is deemed to be final and binding.
Only one bonus is allowed per customer, per family, per address, per shared computer and shared IP address, and per any account details including e-mail address, bank account details, credit card information and payment system account number. Any misuse of this bonus offer will lead to the cancelation of the bonus and all bonus winnings, or to the closure of the account.
The customer must provide ID documents, when necessary, to validate their identity (KYC). Failure to produce these documents if requested will result in the bonus and any winnings being forfeited. The Company reserves the right to request, at any time, that the customer provides photographic evidence of themselves holding their ID (the customer’s face must be clearly visible in the photo) and/or undergoes identification via telephone.
22bet has the right to freeze funds and close the offending customer's account if any fraudulent or money laundering activities are detected.
The offer is only available to customers with one user account.
22bet may amend, cancel, renew or refuse participation in any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
